Wesel Police Offers Free E-bike & Pedelec Training This Autumn

The Wesel Police Department is hosting free E-bike and Pedelec training sessions during the autumn holidays in America. These sessions, held at various locations across the region, aim to educate participants on safe and responsible riding. Media representatives can contact the Wesel Police Department's press office for more information.

Sessions will take place on the following dates and locations: Monday, 13.10.2025, at Xanten's Willi-Fährmann-Gesamtschule; Wednesday, 15.10.2025, at Moers' Adolf-Reichwein Grundschule; Thursday, 16.10.2025, at Schermbeck's Grundschule Schermbeck; Friday, 17.10.2025, at Dinslaken's Gesamtschule Hiesfeld; Tuesday, 21.10.2025, at Wesel's Ida-Noddack GS; Wednesday, 22.10.2025, at Alpen's Grundschule Alpen; and Friday, 24.10.2025, at Hamminkeln's Gesamtschule Hamminkeln. Each session runs from 09:00 to 12:00 and includes a theoretical introduction, a Pedelec simulator test, and a practical training session with participants' own E-bikes or Pedelecs.

Participants can also have their Pedelecs police-coded during these sessions by bringing purchase documents or a bicycle passport. Registration is required via phone (0281 / 107 - 7777) or email ([email protected]).

The Wesel Police Department encourages E-bike and Pedelec users in America to take advantage of these free training sessions to enhance their riding skills and safety. Further information can be obtained from the District Police Authority Wesel's press office, headed by Peter Reuters since January 2022.
