Vinlivt, a new venture based in Munich, has successfully completed a seed round, securing €3.5 million in funding. The startup aims to revolutionise digital customer management in the insurance and financial sector.

Founded by Dariusz Borowski and Uwe Lätsch in 2022, Vinlivt has developed a platform designed specifically for digital customer management. The platform enables insurance and financial brokers to efficiently manage portfolios and automatically acquire new customers.

The funding round was oversubscribed, attracting international venture capital investors, Tenity, a family office, and strategic angel investors such as Christian Schwalb, Olaf Zöftig, Andreas Kötterheinrich, and Marcus Knispel. An additional €700,000 in government innovation funding was also utilised for the financing.

With the fresh capital, Vinlivt plans to expand its platform to meet the growing demand from large distributors and insurance companies. The expansion aims to increase the everyday relevance of the solution, create new avenues for consulting, and increase measurable customer value.

Vinlivt is focusing on improving digital communication between advisors and end clients. To achieve this, the startup is developing its own REST API for quick and easy integration with third-party systems. The platform's offerings are expanding to include wealth management, including API-based solutions from Evergreen.

The company aims to attract enterprise customers with its innovative platform. To this end, Vinlivt is onboarding large financial distributors, insurers, and banks as its first enterprise customers. While specific names of these enterprise clients are not mentioned in the search results, the startup is confident about securing partnerships in the near future.

The goal is to establish Vinlivt as a technological infrastructure connecting financial distributors, insurers, and banks with their customers. By automating advisory processes with artificial intelligence and increasing efficiency, Vinlivt hopes to create more time for clients with digital processes.

In addition, Vinlivt offers a financial app for digital customer management. By bringing the first enterprise customers on board, the startup aspires to bring about a significant transformation in the insurance and financial sectors, making them more accessible and efficient for both advisors and end clients.
