The USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan, is set to captivate visitors with a stunning visual centrepiece, thanks to the innovative MV Series technology from INFiLED. This world-class exhibition, running from April 13 to October 13, 2025, on Yumeshima Island, is anticipated to attract approximately 28 million visitors.

The MV Series technology, installed by INFiLED and BeWunder, is a showcase for the USA Pavilion. The collaboration underscores the support of INFiLED products for users' creative vision and the versatility of INFiLED's products in supporting architectural integration.

The LED walls, two massive outdoor displays, measure 26m wide by 6.5m high and are mounted 6m above ground level, installed on the exterior of the pavilion's facade. The displays are made using standard panels measuring 1,000 x 1,000mm, with additional 1,000 x 500mm panels for the final half-metre section to align with the building's unique shape. A 5.9mm pixel pitch was chosen to ensure optimal image quality.

The content displayed on the LED walls consists of looped video content featuring American landmarks, space exploration footage, and national baseball games. The AV Stumpfl PIXERA media server delivers content to the LED walls, creating a floating visual canvas on the triangular architecture of the pavilion.

Marco Bruines, CEO of INFiLED EMEA, expressed his honour for INFiLED technology being selected to represent the USA at Expo 2025 Osaka. He stated that INFiLED technology is being used to represent the USA in a bold and visual manner.

The MV Series technology is a cutting-edge digital display solution that is fanless, IP65-rated, and optimized for low power consumption, emphasizing sustainability and high durability. The second-generation model eliminates active cooling needs, significantly improving sustainability and reducing power usage over the lifespan of installations.

BeWunder was responsible for the full design development, engineering, and audiovisual integration of the project. The partnership between INFiLED and BeWunder is significant in delivering a visually impactful representation of the USA at Expo 2025 Osaka.

The theme for Expo 2025 Osaka is "Designing Future Society for Our Lives". The MV Series technology at the USA Pavilion is expected to contribute to this theme by showcasing cutting-edge US technology and innovation, transforming the pavilion into a landmark attraction that engages visitors and highlights the country's creative vision.
