It seems Motorola is gearing up to unveil a new addition to its G series with the Moto G86 5G in India. Reportedly, this phone is expected to replace last year's Moto G85 5G. Although Motorola has yet to confirm the exact launch date, the handset's appearance on the BIS certifications site suggests an upcoming debut, possibly in July.

According to the leaks, the Motorola G86 5G will come with a stunning 6.67-inch 1.5K curved pOLED panel boasting a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The device might also sport Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
Under the hood, the phone is expected to sport a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. For photography enthusiasts, the Moto G86 5G may feature a 50MP primary shooter with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide sensor on the back, along with a 32MP selfie camera.
The device might also boast a 5,100mAh battery, supporting 33W charging, and will reportedly run on Android 15 out-of-the-box.
Pricing and Color Options
Although the exact pricing details are yet to be revealed, reports suggest the upcoming Moto G86 may cost around Rs. 20,000 for the base model. Regarding color options, the Moto G86 5G is expected to be available in PANTONE Cosmic Sky, PANTONE Chrysanthemum, PANTONE Golden Cypress, and PANTONE Spellbound colors, with a vegan leather back and stereo speakers.
