Twitter delivery analysis for profile 'peng Jul': Mona M03 maintains its strength, progress of P7+ appears to be slowing down on Monday.
In the dynamic world of electric vehicles, Chinese automaker Xpeng has reported impressive sales figures for July 2025. The company delivered a record-breaking 36,717 vehicles, marking a significant 229% increase year-on-year[1].
Leading the charge is the Xpeng Mona M03, an all-electric A-class sedan that has consistently demonstrated strong sales and market performance. In July alone, the Mona M03 delivered 15,758 units, accounting for nearly 43% of Xpeng's total monthly deliveries[2][4]. This marks the 11th consecutive month that the Mona M03 has exceeded 10,000 units, solidifying its position as the best-selling all-electric A-class sedan in China[1].
The Mona M03 has amassed over 150,000 cumulative deliveries since its launch in August 2024[5]. With six variants currently available, ranging from RMB 119,800 to RMB 139,800, the Mona M03 offers competitive pricing and attractive features[5].
While the Mona M03 continues to shine, the Xpeng P7+ sedan exhibits a slower momentum. July deliveries fell by over 16% compared to June, totaling 5,614 units for that month[2][4]. However, the P7+ has accumulated over 67,000 units delivered cumulatively and maintains a leading position in its price segment (150,000 to 200,000 yuan)[2][4][5].
Other models in Xpeng's portfolio have shown mixed results. The G6 SUV sold 5,885 units in July but saw a sales drop of more than 32% from June[3]. The recently launched G7 SUV had a solid debut with 5,529 units delivered since early July[3]. The G9 and X9 models posted varied results, with G9 sales just over 2,100 units and extended-range versions planned for later in the year[3][4].
Xpeng's growth is not limited to China. The company launched the Xpeng P9 on April 15, and plans to launch the MPV model in Europe in the second half of this year[1]. Furthermore, the extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) version of the Xpeng P9 is set to launch in the fourth quarter, having already entered a Chinese regulatory filing catalog last week[1].
In the first seven months of the year, Xpeng delivered a total of 233,906 units, representing a 270% increase compared to the previous year[1]. As Xpeng continues to innovate and expand its product line, it remains a key player in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle market.
