Thirty-five percent of citizens in Avitou have sought guidance from neuro specialists regarding careers
In the rapidly evolving digital landscape of Russia, artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly making its mark in the professional world. A recent trend sees more individuals turning to AI-driven services like neurosets for career advancement and job search assistance.
According to a survey by Avito Jobs, a significant number of respondents have found the neuroset's career recommendations to be helpful, with 54% reporting that the service has aided them in advancing their careers. Furthermore, 51% of those polled expressed trust in the career recommendations provided by neurosets, and 23% often use the service to find suitable job vacancies.
The survey also revealed that young specialists aged 18 to 25 and managers are among the most frequent users of AI for career decisions, with 64% and 54% adoption rates, respectively. Top managers, highly qualified experts, and department heads also frequently employ AI-based services.
One of the key attractions of neuroset services is their accessibility. Many users appreciate that these services are free and operate 24/7, making career guidance readily available at any time. Moreover, the speed of service delivery is highly valued, especially by those in the Far East Federal District, where more than half of the respondents who have tried consulting with neurosets appreciate them for their speed.
Dmitry Korolev, HR-Tech Director at Avito, highlighted the growing trend of Russians using neurosets as consultants in professional matters. This development aligns with broader discussions at the SPIEF 2025, where the importance of AI and robotics in addressing staffing shortages and enhancing economic processes was emphasised.
The digital transformation of the labour market is pushing businesses and governments to invest in early career guidance and modernization of professional standards. This focus on AI and technology is aimed at improving job matching and career development.
Avito, a major classifieds platform in Russia, has been involved in streamlining communication between contractors and customers, contributing to the broader trend towards digitalization and automation in job searches.
While the survey did not provide specific information on the current trend of AI usage among professionals in Russia, the broader context suggests that AI is increasingly relevant in Russia's professional landscape, including job search and career development. Some respondents also use algorithms provided by neuroset services to select training courses, indicating a growing reliance on AI for professional growth.
For 11% of respondents, neurosets fully earn their trust when it comes to career recommendations, while 33% see the advice as a useful guide for future decisions. Forty percent of those polled mostly agree with the advice but prefer to double-check the information. For 14% of users, staying updated with trends is the primary motivation for using neuroset services.
In summary, AI-driven services like neurosets are gaining popularity in Russia as a valuable tool for career development and job search. The services' accessibility, speed, and usefulness make them an attractive option for many professionals, from young specialists to top managers. As digital transformation continues to reshape the labour market, the role of AI in career guidance and job matching is likely to grow.
