The EQUIP system, which offers a battery life lasting an entire operating day without trailing battery packs, has made a significant impact on peak throughput performance at attractions like the Hyper coaster. Its IP-based workflow supports high-fidelity audio with minimal latency, ensuring crystal-clear voice communication for mission-critical reliability.
The system's full-duplex conversation capability and hands-free design streamline real-time conversations between ride operators, loaders, and platform staff, improving operational efficiency and reducing ride downtime. This has led to a notable increase in ride throughput, with a 18% improvement recorded at some attractions and an average improvement of 8-9% across multiple rides, representing one of the largest gains from recent operational changes.
Clear-Com consistently puts boots on the ground to understand the unique needs of each attraction firsthand. They visit each site to make bespoke recommendations for transceiver placement and cabling routes, ensuring optimal performance without initial issues.
