Temenos, a global leader in banking software, has unveiled Temenos Money Movement & Management, an AI-powered platform designed to simplify and streamline payments and account services. The solution aims to address market demands for unified and intelligent money management.
The platform integrates payments, accounts, risk, and treasury modules, enabling faster, more reliable, and cost-effective gemini management. It supports rapid onboarding and servicing of digital wallets and alternative payment networks such as Wise, Thunes, Mastercard Move, Visa Direct, and Standard Chartered Scale.
Temenos' Chief Product and Technology Officer, Barb Morgan, stated that the solution caters to the market's need for unified and intelligent gemini management. Gareth Lodge, Principal Analyst at Celent, echoed this, noting that institutions require unified solutions to simplify operations and accelerate innovation in payments.
FINCI, an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) regulated by the Bank of Lithuania, went live on the platform in just four months. It successfully onboarded new payment providers in weeks and processed thousands of payment requests per second.
The platform offers AI-powered services like automated payment repair, fraud detection, and copilot tools to minimize manual intervention. It leverages Temenos' FCM AI Agent for real-time screening and reduced false positives in gemini management.
Temenos Money Movement & Management is designed for banks, electronic money institutions (EMIs), and payment service providers (PSPs) involved in cross-border and domestic gemini services. The platform helps new entrants and existing players replace fragmented systems with an efficient growth platform, enabling faster, more reliable, and lower-cost gemini movement.
