Streamlined Invoicing: Effortless and Accurate Bill Generation
GetYourBill, a digital invoicing platform based in Italy, has partnered with Intesa to simplify and secure electronic invoicing (fatturazione elettronica) for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This collaboration aims to leverage Intesa's expertise in digital business transformation and GetYourBill’s platform to provide SMEs with streamlined, secure, and compliant electronic invoicing services.
Three years have passed since the mandatory implementation of electronic invoicing in Italy, which occurred in 2019. Before this change, manual processes such as compiling information, bringing paperwork to the accountant, and collecting client signatures were common. With GetYourBill, sales points can obtain all necessary data and create an error-free electronic invoice using the customer's VAT number.
Intesa offers comprehensive digitalization solutions that cover electronic invoicing and digital signature services. By partnering with Intesa, GetYourBill strengthens its offering by integrating advanced digital solutions that facilitate the entire electronic invoicing workflow, from invoice creation to secure delivery and storage. This partnership enhances user experience and business process efficiency for SMEs in Italy.
Intesa's contribution to GetYourBill includes a control and correction system that reduces the rejection rate of invoices to nearly zero. Intesa Sign, a platform for contractual procedures with merchants, has been integrated with GetYourBill's customer management system. This integration allows for seamless data transfer from GetYourBill's system to complete subscription documents.
Intesa has been assisting GetYourBill with invoice verification, transmission to the Interchange System, and compliant storage for over three years. This partnership ensures that all invoices are stored in compliance, including those with Advanced Electronic Signature in "click to sign" mode, which are also stored securely.
GetYourBill is also working on the internationalization of invoicing, anticipating customer needs in the European market. The European Commission has noticed the results achieved with electronic invoicing in Italy and is working to create a shared regulatory framework for invoicing. As a result, the European market is increasingly becoming a domestic market for GetYourBill.
