SAS Opens New Middle East HQ in Riyadh, Unveils Four Strategic Priorities
Global data and AI leader SAS has inaugurated its new Middle East and North Africa Regional Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event, SAS Innovate on Tour, was supported by Accenture, BearingPoint, Google Cloud, and SAS Arabia, and marked the announcement of SAS's four strategic priorities.
Alexander Tikhonov, SAS's Regional Director for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, expressed the company's confidence in Saudi Arabia's potential by investing in Riyadh. The new headquarters will house leadership, customer engagement, consulting, and innovation resources, fostering collaboration with local partners and customers across key sectors.
Mohammed Kiki, SAS's Country Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, revealed that the regional HQ will serve as a hub for knowledge sharing, skills development, and regional collaboration. This move strengthens SAS's long-standing presence in the Kingdom and signals its commitment to helping governments and enterprises harness the power of AI and advanced analytics.
SAS's four strategic priorities, announced at the event, are AI and advanced analytics, cloud modernization, industry-specific solutions, and sustainability. The new regional headquarters in Riyadh demonstrates SAS's dedication to supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and driving growth through data and AI innovation.
