RMA is now in possession of $4.372 million worth of Mullen ONE electric vans, delivered by Mullen.
In a significant development for electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing, Mullen Automotive, Inc. has delivered 230 units of its Mullen ONE, Class 1 cargo van to Randy Marion Automotive Group (RMA). The total invoiced amount for these deliveries stands at $7,736,150.00.
This delivery is part of an initial 1,000 vehicle purchase order from RMA, a top commercial dealer group based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Mullen ONE, designed for last-mile delivery, boasts a turning radius of 20 feet, making it ideal for navigating urban streets and residential roads.
The Mullen ONE also offers a best-in-class cargo volume of 157 cubic feet, a maximum payload capacity of 1,683 lbs, and a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 4,881 lbs. With these specifications, the Mullen ONE offers a practical and efficient solution for commercial needs.
David Michery, CEO and chairman of Mullen Automotive, confirmed the continuation of production and deliveries to RMA. Mullen Automotive, an emerging EV manufacturer, produces the Mullen ONE at its commercial vehicle assembly plant in Tunica, Mississippi.
Randy Marion Automotive Group's fleet vice president, Brad Sigmon, expressed his satisfaction with the partnership, stating that 2024 has started strong for their commercial EV efforts and that the Mullen ONE is a great EV alternative for many of their customers.
In addition to the Mullen ONE, Mullen Automotive also produces the Mullen THREE, Class 3 EV cab chassis truck. While no information about the location of the Mullen THREE's production was mentioned, the company's chairman, John P. Mullen, is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where Mullen Automotive, Inc. also has a production facility.
