Reduced High-Performance Computing (HPC) Pricing Now Available in the Netherlands by Allego
In a significant move to accelerate the electric mobility revolution, Allego, a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has announced a reduction in high-power charging (HPC) prices in the Netherlands, effective from July 1.
With HPC, compatible vehicles can add hundreds of kilometers of range in under 20 minutes, making long-distance travel more convenient for EV drivers. Ultra-fast stations, which operate at 150 kilowatts or higher, are at the forefront of this technology, charging compatible vehicles quickly and efficiently.
Allego's charging solutions are agnostic of charging hardware, vehicle model, or network affiliation, ensuring compatibility across a wide range of EVs and charging stations. This agility is a key factor in Allego's expansion, with the company operating in more than 16 countries and boasting a network of over 35,000 charging points.
The reduction in HPC prices is aimed at providing meaningful relief to both consumers and businesses in the Netherlands. Allego's commitment to sustainability is evident in its use of 100% renewable energy for its charging solutions, ensuring a cleaner and greener future for all.
In addition to the price reduction, Allego is offering the Summer Pass 2025, a limited-time offer that provides access to its extensive fast and ultra-fast charging network across Europe. The Summer Pass 2025 offers an exclusive 30% discount on local ad-hoc prices, making EV travel even more affordable this summer.
The electric mobility industry is collaborating to make charging stations easier and more reliable. The companies collaborating in the new initiative by CharIN and EMVCo include vehicle manufacturers, charging infrastructure operators, and mobility providers. This collaboration is a step towards creating a seamless charging experience for EV drivers, further boosting the adoption of electric vehicles.
Allego's initiatives demonstrate a commitment to making EV charging accessible, affordable, and sustainable, paving the way for a greener future.
