PIH Health Hires Epic Application Analyst for Bridges Interface Role

PIH Health, a leading nonprofit regional healthcare network, has announced the hiring of an Epic Application Analyst for the Bridges Interface role. The successful candidate, whose name is not publicly disclosed, joined the team in May 2025. The role requires active Epic certification and offers flexibility for remote work across multiple states.

PIH Health, serving approximately 3 million residents across Los Angeles, Orange, and San Gabriel Valley, is renowned for its excellence in patient care and healthcare technology. The network comprises hospitals, medical offices, a multispecialty medical group, home healthcare services, hospice care, and more.

The newly hired Epic Application Analyst, Bridges Interface, serves as the primary contact for assigned interfaces. They configure and support interfaces using Data Courier and coordinate analysis sessions to understand interface business needs. The role demands strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills, along with clear communication with project leadership and subject matter experts.

Preferred candidates possess experience or proficiency in specific Epic modules and familiarity with PIH Health clinical workflows. External applicants must hold active Epic certification in the required application/module at the time of hire. Internal applicants or Altera employees have 120 days to obtain Epic certification post-hire or transfer. The role is open to experienced remote workers in Idaho, with flexibility for other states like Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
