In one instance, Aggarwal asked an employee to run laps around the Ola Futurefactory for a shuttered entrance that should have been opened. In meetings, Aggarwal has been known to lose patience over minor issues like a missing page number, uneven paper clips, or the quality of printing paper. Employees have expressed concern over Aggarwal's unrelenting pace and monitoring style.
