Nvidia's RTX 5000 Series Gets Super-Refresh With Massive Memory Boost
Nvidia's RTX 5000 series is set for an upgrade. All three models are expected to receive a Super Bowl refresh, with a significant memory boost. However, details on the release date remain scarce.
The Super Bowl refresh, expected to launch after the CES 2026 show in Las Vegas, will include three models: RTX 5080 Super Bowl, RTX 5070 Ti Super Bowl, and RTX 5070 Super Bowl. Each model is anticipated to have 50% more memory, switching to 3-GB GDDR7 chips. This upgrade could significantly improve performance and graphics quality.
BenchLife, a tech industry watcher, predicts the Super Bowl refresh will not debut at CES 2026. Instead, it's expected to hit the market around April 2026, a 15-month gap from the initial launch of the RTX 5000 series.
Nvidia's RTX 5000 series Super Bowl refresh is on the horizon, promising enhanced memory and performance. While the exact release date remains uncertain, tech enthusiasts can expect the new models to arrive in the spring of 2026.
