New 'Victory' Power Station Launched for Adler Bypass
A new power station, named 'Victory', has been commissioned to support the construction and future operation of the Adler bypass in the Krasnodar Territory. The station began operation on the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The 'Victory' power station will play a crucial role in ensuring a reliable energy supply for the Adler bypass. More than half of the bypass route will pass through a tunnel, requiring special energy-intensive processes. The power station will supply electricity to the entire complex of tunnel construction works and for the future use of the road.
The power station was built using only domestic equipment, demonstrating a commitment to local industry. The Adler bypass itself is a key project for improving transport infrastructure and driving economic development in the region. It is part of a new road from the M-4 'Don' highway to the city of Sochi, aiming to boost tourism. Construction is active, with work ongoing simultaneously on both the eastern and western sides of the object.
The 'Victory' power station, commissioned on a significant anniversary, is set to ensure reliable energy for the Adler bypass. This crucial infrastructure project is expected to significantly reduce travel time from the center of Sochi to Adler Airport and the resorts of Krasnaya Polyana, thereby enhancing tourism and economic growth in the Krasnodar Territory.
