Contentpass offers access to content via a subscription. Users must agree to data processing, as outlined in the privacy policy and privacy statement accessible on the offer's footer. This consent may involve transferring data to third countries, including the USA, under Art 49 (1) lit. a) GDPR.

The service may create and enrich usage profiles, even outside the EEA. For GDPR compliance, ADSimple's Business Package is recommended. It provides an all-in-one solution for €14.90 per month, including impressum, privacy policy, and cookie consent management, with ongoing updates and monthly website scans.
