In the bustling town of Paderborn, Germany, a groundbreaking AI startup named Tenderflow is making waves. Founded in 2025 by Lars Lammers and Tobias Graf, Tenderflow is on a mission to revolutionise public tenders and become the European market standard.

Tenderflow's AI technology is designed to simplify public tenders for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It analyses which tenders fit the company and displays them directly in the company's own dashboard. The AI reads, extracts requirements, and clearly states what is needed, along with the evidence required and whether it's worth pursuing a tender.

This innovative approach streamlines the complex and often bureaucratic tendering process, making it as accessible as online shopping. Tenders are presented like items in a digital shop, allowing users to create a profile, enter a few criteria, and receive relevant tenders daily.

Hartmann, a board member of HARTMANN TRESORE, a medium-sized company that regularly participates in public tenders, is already using the Tenderflow software. Within two weeks of starting the software, HARTMANN TRESORE had four relevant tenders and submitted offers directly.

Tenderflow currently employs three people but aims to have 14 employees by the end of 2026. The startup was supported by business angel Markus Hartmann, who is also a board member of HARTMANN TRESORE.

In the future, Tenderflow aims to fully automate the submission of offers. This would further reduce the time and effort SMEs need to participate in public tenders, making it even more accessible for smaller companies to compete in public procurement.

Every year, billions in public tenders are awarded in Europe for various sectors like construction, IT, security, social services, energy, and more. By simplifying this process, Tenderflow's goal is to make public tenders accessible to SMEs, thereby fostering competition and promoting economic growth.

Tenderflow's headquarters is in Paderborn, Germany, a town known for its vibrant startup scene. As Tenderflow continues to grow, it's clear that this AI startup is set to transform the way public tenders are approached across Europe.
