Legrand | AV has outlined its plans for 2024, focusing on employee development, enhancing Microsoft 365 Teams Rooms, and expanding its corporate social responsibility initiatives. The company also anticipates growth in digital signage installations.

Legrand | AV aims to upskill 85% of its employees by providing seven hours of training each year. This initiative is part of the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals. In 2024, Legrand | AV plans to build on the success of its Microsoft 365 Teams Rooms installations at Microsoft headquarters in 2023. While specific plans for enhancing the experience are not yet detailed, the company is involved in showcasing residential AV innovations and has mentioned the introduction of Shure Intellimix Room Kits for Microsoft 365 Teams Meetings.
