Bansal, who previously served as a Partner at AZB & Partners, will leverage his extensive expertise to help advance Jurisphere.ai's mission to transform legal systems using AI technology.
Bansal has made significant contributions in his career, securing landmark merger control approvals and leading complex antitrust litigation cases for high-profile clients across various sectors, including aviation, digital markets, automobiles, telecom, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.
In his new role at Jurisphere.ai, Bansal will focus on shaping the vision for using AI to transform legal systems, particularly in areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and courtroom justice. Before joining Jurisphere.ai, Bansal earned his LLM in Corporate Law from O.P. Jindal Global University in 2012 and spent over eight years at AZB & Partners, where he gained significant experience in corporate and antitrust law.
