IP Rankings for 2025: Recognition for our site in intellectual property transfers, copyright conflicts, and trademark disagreements
In the world of intellectual property (IP), several groups have been recognised for their exceptional work in various categories. These rankings come from reputable sources such as Best Lawyers®, Managing IP’s IP Stars, and Leaders League, each with their unique evaluation criteria and tier systems.
For 2025, Seed IP Law Group LLP has secured a Tier 1 position in the Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” list for Patent Law, Trademark Law, Biotechnology & Life Sciences Practice, Litigation-Patent, and Litigation-Intellectual Property. The group also holds Tier 2 or 3 rankings nationally for these categories.
Kirkland’s Intellectual Property Practice achieved Tier 1 rankings in the Managing Intellectual Property IP Stars list for Copyright (U.S. Nationwide), Trademark Disputes (U.S. Nationwide), Patent Disputes (U.S. Nationwide and UK), and ITC Litigation (U.S.). Other recognitions include U.S. and UK IP Transactions, although no specific tiers were specified.
Boco IP attained Tier 1 status in the IP Stars rankings for Patent Prosecution and Trade Mark Prosecution, a recognition that applies to Patent & Trade Mark Attorney Firms in Finland.
Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia (CMT IP Partners) were recognised in the IP Stars rankings with several partners noted as Trademark Stars, and one partner named among the Top 250 Women in IP globally.
