Ideagen Boosts Aviation Capabilities with Casper and SafetyStratus Acquisitions
Ideagen, a global leader in safety, quality, and operational excellence software, has expanded its aviation capabilities with two strategic acquisitions. The company has acquired Casper, a provider of data analytics tools for monitoring environmental impact of airline movements, and SafetyStratus, a chemical management software specialist.
Casper serves 60 of the world's busiest airports in 15 countries across four continents. Its tools help monitor and reduce aviation's environmental footprint. Ideagen will integrate Casper's technology into its portfolio, offering environmental compliance and risk management solutions for the aviation industry.
SafetyStratus, on the other hand, provides chemical management, chemical inventory, radiation, hazardous waste, and biosafety modules. It serves over 500,000 users across more than 10,000 locations worldwide. Ideagen will rebrand SafetyStratus' offerings as Ideagen Chemical Management, further strengthening its position in chemical safety and compliance.
Through these acquisitions, Ideagen enhances its aviation and chemical management capabilities. The integration of Casper and SafetyStratus will enable Ideagen to offer a more comprehensive suite of solutions for environmental compliance, risk management, and chemical safety to its global client base.
