Haivision reveals new user interface for Haivision Pro Transmitter

Haivision, a leading provider of low-latency live video solutions, has rolled out a significant update to its Haivision Pro transmitter. The latest version now boasts a redesigned user interface that aims to make the device easier for video professionals to operate, while also improving operational efficiency.

The new interface is designed with a focus on intuitive access to device functions, ensuring operators can manage multiple live feeds with ease. This redesign is part of an initiative by Haivision to provide a consistent and enhanced user experience across its broadcast products.

One of the key features of the new interface is one-tap filtering, which simplifies configuration and enables remote management of live video transmissions. Additionally, the new design is versatile, seamlessly integrating with Haivision's cloud management system, Haivision Manager. This allows for cloud-based management via a powerful web-based tool that enables remote monitoring and control of multiple Haivision devices, including PRO transmitters, from anywhere.

The new interface is also highly functional and visually compelling, offering a familiar user experience. It is included in all versions of the Haivision Pro series, Haivision Air video transmitters, and Haivision Rack video encoders.

The redesign aims to make Haivision Pro easier for video professionals to use, with an emphasis on enhanced usability for users with any level of technical proficiency. Another notable feature is confidence monitoring, which allows operators to monitor the status of their transmissions at a glance.

Haivision Pro is suitable for transmitting live video over both public and private 5G networks, taking advantage of its ultra-low latency streaming capabilities, especially optimized for 5G networks. This ensures near real-time video transmission for live broadcast and field operations.

The new interface also supports multiple bonded IP and cellular connections (up to 12 combined), including internal professional-grade modems, LAN, and WiFi interfaces. This feature ensures robust and uninterrupted transmission even in challenging network environments.

Haivision will showcase the new interface at the 2025 NAB Show, booth W2221. More information about the new interface can be found on Haivision's website. This latest update underscores Haivision’s commitment to simplifying live video contribution while maintaining the highest quality and lowest latency possible.
