Government's Mobile App Now Responds to Inquiries Relating to Queueing Process
eGovPH App Now Includes Housing Queue Registration Service
The eGovPH mobile application has introduced a new feature to facilitate housing queue registration, according to our latest report. The update aligns with the launch of a new internet portal, orken.otbasybank.kz, slated for May 24, 2025. Through this portal, applications for housing queue registration will be submitted online.
To access the service, users must authenticate using an EDS. The 'Housing Support Center' system of Otbas Bank, now operating as a unified digital platform, connects to 14 state databases and creates a digital profile. This profile automatically verifies details such as housing status, income, family composition, and needy status, eliminating the risk of human error and ensuring accurate recordkeeping without manual intervention.
An SMS notification from number 1414 informs users of the status of their application—whether it has been approved or rejected. For the convenience of users, the eGovPH app features reference information detailing the program's conditions, which can be found on the main page under "Popular Services."
Earlier reports indicated that the eGovPH app also offers a service for personal data leak checks.
The eGovPH app represents a centralized platform for various government services, providing a one-stop-shop for numerous transactions and services. Among the key services and features are consolidated government services, passport ID auto-snap, face photo guidance, enhanced mobile ID wallet, and efforts to reduce corruption and bureaucratic red tape as part of broader initiatives like the Bagong Pilipinas governance agenda.
Users seeking more detailed information on specific services like housing queue registration or personal data leak checks are encouraged to explore the app's interface or contact support.
The eGovPH app now offers a housing queue registration service, utilizing technology to facilitate the process. With the introduction of this service, users can submit their applications online, eliminating the need for manual submission.
