In a dazzling display of technological innovation, the Dubai Fountain has unveiled the Middle East's largest video wall, spanning an impressive 1,400 feet. The installation, which took just 28 days to complete, is a testament to the seamless integration of cutting-edge LED technology and precision synchronization.
The video wall, constructed using INFiLED panels with a 3.91mm pixel pitch, forms a curved LED screen installation around 418 meters long and 3 meters high. This advanced LED technology allows for a high-resolution, immersive visual experience that transforms the Dubai Fountain area into a massive, dynamic display.
To create a unified nightly spectacle, the video wall is synchronized with the Burj Khalifa's nightly LED choreography, ensuring frame-perfect precision. This synchronization is made possible through the use of advanced AV and lighting control systems, which coordinate the video wall’s content with the LED lighting on the Burj Khalifa.
The project, which represents the largest video wall in the Middle East, was a collaborative effort between Blue Rhine Industries, Media La Vista, and SpinetiX. Blue Rhine Industries, the integrator for the project, found it both interesting and challenging. The company's project team expressed confidence in their ability to complete the project, and their efforts were rewarded with a successful installation.
The SpinetiX Complete Solution powers the new video wall, with six SpinetiX iBX440 players driving the entire LED wall installation. Content designers use the Elemnti software to project images on the video wall, ensuring all the pieces harmonize. This software helps in managing the content on the video wall, providing a smooth and cohesive visual experience.
The Dubai Fountain renovation aimed to continue impressing visitors with a new spectacle.
