Fujitsu's Colorful Surprise: A Look at the Quaderno A4

Get ready to jot down those notes in style! Japanese tech giant, Fujitsu, has unveiled their latest innovation - a color e-reader that's sure to turn heads. Though details are scarce, this promising new device might just revolutionize the world of e-readers.

Fujitsu's previous venture into the e-reader market, the Flepia, came equipped with a 768×1024 display and boasted 260,000 color reproduction. This latest offering appears to be an upgrade, even a precursor, of what's to come from Fujitsu in the e-reader landscape.

Intriguingly enough, Fujitsu's new device, dubbed the Quaderno A4 Color, features a 13.3-inch Kaleido 3 flexible e-ink screen, supporting 4096 colors. Eight of these colors can be selected for writing, annotating, or marking documents. It also comes with a stylus for input and annotation, and even supports Bluetooth pedals for hands-free page turning.

However, it's important to note that the Quaderno A4 Color runs on Android, albeit without access to the Google Play Store. This might limit the variety of apps available for users.

While the exact release date and market availability are yet to be announced, the Fujitsu Quaderno A4 Color seems poised to make a significant impact in the notetaking, document annotation, and sheet music realms. Despite being primarily aimed at the Japanese market, it can potentially be imported via select channels.
