  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Finance, and Support to ensure a seamless payment experience for customers.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret trends from payment data to inform strategic decisions, enabling Leadtech to stay at the forefront of the digital payments industry.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in payments operations or PSP management, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Payment Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of payment gateways, acquirers, PSPs, and fraud tools.
  • KPI Management: Proven track record of managing key payment performance indicators, including authorization rates, conversion, chargebacks, and fraud KPIs.
  • Local Payment Methods: Experience with local payment methods and market expansion strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
