Evoplay enters Ontario market through a partnership with Rivalry for live operations
Evoplay, a leading game development studio, has expanded into the Ontario, Canada market through a partnership with Rivalry, a leading local operator. This follows Evoplay’s acquisition of an AGCO license (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) in March 2025, which authorized their presence in Ontario.
As part of this collaboration, Evoplay has made twenty high-performing slot titles available to Ontario players for the first time, marking their debut in the province. These games, including The Greatest Catch Bonus Buy, Hot Triple Sevens, and Hot Volcano, are positioned to enhance Rivalry’s offering with Evoplay’s innovative and high-quality content.
Steven Salz, CEO at Rivalry, emphasized the company's mission to deliver an entertaining and distinctive casino experience in Ontario. Rivalry's integration of Evoplay's titles aims to elevate their offering and provide more value to players.
Alex Malchenko, Head of Sales at Evoplay, expressed enthusiasm about the company's debut in Ontario. He believes that Evoplay's diverse portfolio will resonate with local players.
This move furthers Evoplay’s reach in the North American market and broadens Ontario players' access to fresh game content. Rivalry, one of the first operators licensed in Ontario, offers sports betting, esports, casino, and fantasy products in the regulated market. Through this collaboration, Evoplay gains access to a fresh player base.
The partnership was publicly announced around August 2025, underlining Evoplay’s strategic push into regulated Canadian markets. With this expansion, Evoplay is poised for further growth in Canada and beyond. Both Evoplay and Rivalry look forward to a strong partnership in the Ontario market.
