A recent survey reveals that 75% of entrepreneurs actively engage in the social sector beyond their economic activities. This commitment, along with open communication and innovation, is seen as crucial for businesses to navigate crises and maintain success.
Entrepreneurs are increasingly recognizing the importance of financial resilience, network maintenance, and mental health in crisis management. Almost two-thirds of companies maintain open communication with customers and partners during difficult times, demonstrating flexibility and transparency.
The middle class finds its strength in balancing tradition awareness and future capability. This balance is reflected in the entrepreneurial landscape, with 92% considering innovation crucial for the future of their businesses. However, only a third actively emphasizes continuous innovation, and a quarter positions itself as a trendsetter in the market.
Long-term customer loyalty (66%) and specialization (61%) remain the main pillars of entrepreneurial success. Interestingly, 93% of entrepreneurs surveyed consider creative thinking central to problem-solving, indicating a shift towards innovative solutions.

Despite these efforts, there are untapped potentials for expanding innovative digital and energy services externally, enhancing social infrastructure, and improving integration and education support, as indicated by current social challenges in related sectors.
