The role involves managing central software and hardware, being the first point of contact for various hardware issues, and providing support to colleagues and the finance IT department. The tasks also include GAA/SBT management, managing Apple end devices, equipping new hires/apprentices, and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
