Classic PC case FLP02 by Silverstone makes its debut, merging vintage 5.25-inch expansion slots with contemporary 360mm radiator compatibility, anticipated to retail for approximately $240 within the US market.

Silverstone, a renowned name in the tech industry, has introduced its latest offering - the FLP02 (SST-FLP02). This new PC case, showcased at Computex 2025, is a throwback to the old-school aesthetics, following the successful launch of the FLP01.

The FLP02 is designed to house modern hardware components while maintaining a vintage look. Measuring 232 x 494 x 472mm (9.13 x 19.45 x 18.58 inches) and weighing 9.79 kg (21.6 pounds), this case offers ample space for your hardware needs.

The FLP02 boasts seven expansion slots, including two slots for a vertically installed graphics card. It also features three external 5.25-inch expansion bays suitable for optical drives, fan controllers, USB hubs, or hot-swap bays. Additionally, there is a third bay that supports either two 3.5-inch or two 2.5-inch drives.

Cooling options for the FLP02 are plentiful. It provides two front 120mm fan mounts, one rear fan mount, and top fan mounts that can accommodate configurations of three 120mm fans, two 140mm fans, or two 160mm fans. The case can support radiators ranging from 120mm to 360mm in size at the top.

Silverstone has incorporated a fan controller on the FLP02, allowing up to eight PWM fans to be connected. There is also a cable that connects to one of your motherboard's PWM fan headers, enabling you to fine-tune the fans.

The FLP02 is manufactured using steel and plastic and is finished in a characteristic beige colour. The front panel includes a flickable power switch, a reset button, a turbo button, and a special key lock. It also features a USB Type-C port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, and a combo 3.5mm audio port.

The front panel also includes a green power LED, an orange turbo LED, a red hard drive activity LED, and a large digital display that shows the duty cycle for the fans connected to the fan controller.

The FLP02 accommodates graphics cards up to 386 mm (15.2 inches) in length without the front 3.5-inch/2.5-inch combo bay drive cage and 279 mm (11 inches) with it installed. It can accept power supplies with a length of up to 250mm (9.8 inches).

The turbo button on the FLP02 cranks the fans up to full speed, providing an extra cooling boost when needed. The case also has clearance space for CPU air coolers up to a maximum height of 182mm (7.2 inches).

The FLP02 can support mini-ATX, microATX, ATX, and SSI-CEB motherboards. It will launch in the U.S. market in the fourth quarter of the year.

In a nutshell, the FLP02 is a retro-inspired PC case that offers ample space, versatile cooling options, and modern connectivity, making it an attractive choice for those seeking a vintage aesthetic with modern functionality.
