CiTTi Awards 2024 Honours Innovative EV Charging Infrastructure in London
The CiTTi Awards 2024, honouring innovative EV charging infrastructure, takes place on November 26 in London. The ceremony, attended by 200 transport professionals, includes a drinks reception and three-course dinner. Finalists, not yet explicitly named, have expanded their networks and introduced innovative solutions.
The awards recognise strategies and solutions in EV charging development. Finalists include 3ti, known for their rapidly deployable pop-up solar car park and EV charging hub, Papilio3. InstaVolt has expanded its network by installing 128 chargers, including a 14-charger superhub at Syon Park and the UK's largest rapid-only superhub at Three Maids Hill. Falco UK and Solarcycle UK launched the first 100% renewable solar e-bike charging stations within Falco's cycle shelters at NHS Wales Ystradgynlais Community Hospital. London Borough of Waltham Forest is nominated for actively expanding its EV charging infrastructure, reaching a milestone of 1,000 charging sockets in Summer 2024 and targeting 2,500 within the next two years.
