In the energy-mechanical service department of Joint-Stock Company (JSC), Maxim Azerovich Chivilgin plays a pivotal role as the head of the gas consumption networks division. With a background in transport and technological machines and complexes, Maxim Azerovich brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Before joining JSC, Maxim Azerovich worked in the automotive services sector, specializing in the repair and maintenance of foreign cars. His career path took a turn when he was invited to work at JSC as an engineer of the second category in the service department in 2020. Since then, he has risen through the ranks to his current position.

Maxim Azerovich's department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of microturbine power stations across multiple points in the northern section, including Amga, Kyrgyz, Oleny, Bolotny, Karbykan, and Hanierdakh. The facilities served by his department are located in both southern and northern directions, from Neryungri station to Nizhniy Bestakh station.

The department closely collaborates with colleagues from the energy supply and civil engineering departments to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the energy supply and heating systems of JSC's facilities. This cooperation is crucial, as the company's operations are situated in areas without electrical networks, making the microturbines the main autonomous source of energy and heat.

The harsh winter conditions in these regions last almost nine months, making it essential that the equipment works reliably and without failures. The department pays special attention to the maintenance and repair of the turbines, boilers, and equipment during the summer, preparing for winter on a large and thorough scale.

Maxim Azerovich appreciates the excellent, friendly, and cohesive team he works with, which brings both experience and pleasure. He finds the job rewarding due to the constant development, working with modern equipment, and mastering new technologies.

Valentin Alexandrovich Zhukov previously headed the service department at JSC. Maxim Azerovich Chivilgin is the current head of the service department for gas consumption networks in the energy-mechanical service.

The microturbine power stations managed by Maxim Azerovich's department are small-scale energy generation systems notable for their compact size, low emissions, and ability to operate on various fuels. These systems are crucial for reliable power supply in northern areas, characterized by harsh climates, remote locations, and limited infrastructure.

Maxim Azerovich's department manages the setup and initial testing of microturbine units adapted to northern environmental conditions, conducts regular servicing to prevent breakdowns and swift repairs when issues occur, and utilizes advanced monitoring tools to remotely assess turbine performance and detect faults early.

The department also handles the logistics and technical aspects of fuel supply and storage, ensures efficient heat exchange and manages cold-start procedures critical in low-temperature environments, monitors emissions and environmental impact while ensuring operations meet stringent northern and national standards, provides specialized training for local staff, and prepares for and manages emergencies such as system failures or extreme weather impacts to ensure continuous power delivery.

Maxim Azerovich Chivilgin's career transitioned from the automotive services sector to the energy-mechanical service department of Joint-Stock Company (JSC), where he now specializes in the maintenance and repair of microturbine power stations. His department, responsible for facilities in both northern and southern directions, also collaborates with finance, technology, and energy departments to ensure the company's operations in regions without electrical networks.

In the future, Maxim Azerovich is likely to explore innovative possibilities at the intersection of finance, technology, and energy, leveraging his expertise in microturbine power stations to drive sustainable growth and development within JSC.
