Inna Yakovenko, Anapa's investment chief, shared ambitious plans to build 6 schools, 14 kindergartens, and 9 clinics by 2030-2032, with 20 billion rubles already attracted. However, Artyom Musaelyan, a city council deputy, warned about poorly drafted project and estimate documentation in state contracts, a major hurdle in social construction.
