Acuity Expands Global Reach With Acquisition of AI-Powered Ascent
Acuity Knowledge Partners has expanded its global footprint with the acquisition of Ascent, a top AI-powered digital transformation services provider. This move increases Acuity's workforce and enters new sectors, while fortifying its partnership with Microsoft.
The acquisition sees Acuity's global team grow to over 6,500 analysts and industry experts. It also marks Acuity's entry into sectors such as reinsurance, pharma, manufacturing, and retail.
Ascent's over 550 specialists in data, software, and cloud will be seamlessly integrated into Acuity. Ascent's client base, spanning over 170 businesses across Europe and North America, will also transition to Acuity.
The integration of Ascent will see Acuity gain seven Microsoft specializations across four solution areas, further strengthening its partnership with Microsoft.

Acuity, now equipped with additional expertise and resources, aims to deliver comprehensive research, data, analytics, and AI-driven services to the financial sector.
